Frequently asked questions

Good questions. Clearer next steps.

Understand how to start a conversation, what to share and what to expect before moving a requirement forward.

01

Getting started

What does BankBrick help with?

BankBrick connects business requirements across five primary capabilities: Capital & Growth, M&A & Strategic Transactions, Joint Ventures & Strategic Partnerships, Industrial & Project Development, and Funding & Financial Solutions.

Where should I begin?

Start with “What Are You Looking For?” and choose the outcome closest to your requirement: raising capital, buying or selling a business, finding a partner, developing an industrial project, or exploring funding and financial support.

What information should I share initially?

Your objective, sector, broad geography and a short overview of the business or project are enough to begin. Do not include identity documents, bank statements, commercially sensitive files or confidential counterparty names in the initial form.

Does submitting an enquiry create an engagement?

No. An enquiry starts an initial review. Any scope, fees, responsibilities and next steps need to be discussed and agreed separately.

02

Strategic requirements

Can I explore a sale, acquisition or minority investment?

Yes. The transactions capability covers business sales, acquisitions, majority and minority stakes, strategic investment, and promoter exit or succession requirements. Suitability depends on the business profile and the proposed transaction.

What kinds of joint venture requirements can I discuss?

The offering includes company–investor, landowner–investor and industrial joint ventures, as well as technology and strategic partnerships. Describe what each party would contribute and the objective of the partnership.

Where is industrial-development support focused?

The client offering focuses on industrial land and project requirements in Delhi-NCR, including land identification, development or conversion support, project setup, infrastructure and machinery. Site suitability and permissions require project-specific evaluation.

Are the published ranges completed deal values?

No. Service ranges describe the investment requirement or business turnover profile specified for an offering. They are not evidence of completed transactions, committed capital or guaranteed eligibility.

Are there live investment opportunities on this site?

No public live-opportunity listings are currently provided. Share your criteria through the enquiry form for an initial review. A discussion or introduction does not imply that an investment is available or suitable.

03

Funding and financial solutions

Are traditional finance services still available?

Yes. Funding & Financial Solutions is a primary capability covering approved business, MSME, startup, working-capital, project, trade, property and equipment-funding pathways. Existing finance pages are retained where they remain useful.

Can BankBrick guarantee funding or approval?

No. Funding, transaction completion and eligibility depend on the relevant counterparties, their assessment, documentation, due diligence and applicable requirements.

How are rates, timelines and charges determined?

These depend on the product, lender or counterparty, business profile and agreed scope. Obtain current written terms before making a decision; indicative website information is not an offer.

How should I use the EMI calculator?

Use it to compare illustrative repayment scenarios. It does not confirm lender pricing, approval, fees or the repayment schedule in a final agreement.

04
